It applies to our website, senplicity.com, and any additional websites or platforms the Company may develop in the future (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

The primary function of the Platform is to provide resources and tools to licensed insurance agents and prospective insurance agents ("Agents"). Additionally, we receive and process information from individuals interested in insurance or financial products ("Consumers") and facilitate the dissemination of such information to licensed insurance agents who assist individuals in acquiring these products. We may also collaboraagentte with "Lead Vendors," which are entities that gather Consumer inquiries and transmit them to Agents and Company representatives. Lead Vendors are required to secure explicit consent from Consumers before sharing their information for marketing or outreach purposes.

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, "Personal Information" refers to data that identifies, relates to, describes, or can be reasonably associated with a particular individual or household, whether directly or indirectly.

Applicability of HIPAA and GLBA

Due to our involvement in the facilitation of various insurance products, certain information processed on behalf of our Agents may be subject to other state and federal regulations, including but not limited to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA").

  • HIPAA: We function as a Business Associate (as defined by HIPAA) when we receive Protected Health Information ("PHI") from Lead Vendors or on behalf of a health plan classified as a Covered Entity under HIPAA. As a Business Associate, we collect, use, and disclose PHI strictly to provide services for or on behalf of health plans. For further details on how PHI is handled, please refer to the respective health plan’s Notice of Privacy Practices.

  • GLBA: When we process Consumer information related to certain insurance or financial products, we may collect non-public personal financial information, which falls under the regulatory scope of GLBA. For additional details on how such information is managed, please review the GLBA Notice issued by the financial institution providing the relevant insurance policies or financial products.

This Privacy Notice applies only to personal information that is not governed by HIPAA or GLBA.

Personal Information We Collect and Sources

The table below outlines the categories of Personal Information we may collect through the operation of our Platform. In addition to the sources specified, we may also obtain information from third-party service providers, data analytics providers, and affiliated business partners.

Categories of Personal Information

  1. Contact Information: Includes Consumers’ and Agents’ names, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses. This information may be collected from Lead Vendors, Agents, insurance carriers, data brokers, and agencies.

  2. Login Credentials: Includes usernames and passwords for Agents and Consumers who create accounts on our Platform.

  3. Identification Information: Includes Agents’ National Producer Numbers and Social Security Numbers, as well as Consumers’ government-issued identification details (e.g., driver’s licenses, Social Security Numbers) provided in the course of an insurance or financial product application.

  4. Demographic Information: Includes Consumers’ age, date of birth, marital status, language preference, ethnicity, race, and gender. This information may be provided by Lead Vendors, insurance carriers, Agents, data brokers, or agencies.

  5. Health Information: Includes Consumers’ health details relevant to the application process for insurance or financial products (e.g., medical conditions such as diabetes for life insurance applications).

  6. Sensory Information: Includes audio recordings of Consumer-Agent conversations related to insurance or financial product inquiries and video snippets capturing consent for communications.

  7. Commercial Information: Includes details on requested insurance and financial products, product applications, purchases, and provider details.

  8. Internet or Network Activity: Includes browsing history, session durations, device IDs, and IP addresses collected automatically.

  9. Geolocation Data: Includes user location data, which may include precise geolocation.

  10. Educational and Professional Information: Includes Consumers’ educational background, profession, income, product preferences, and asset ownership, used primarily for marketing purposes.

Some categories of Personal Information (marked with an asterisk [*]) may be considered "sensitive" under certain state laws.

We utilize the collected Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • To operate and maintain the Platform;

  • To communicate with users regarding Platform-related inquiries;

  • To facilitate Consumer-Agent interactions for insurance or financial product inquiries;

  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations;

  • To safeguard the rights, property, and security of the Company and its users;

  • To evaluate or execute business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.

  • Independent Agents and Advisors: Agents have access to Consumer information necessary for providing assistance with insurance and financial product applications.

Cookie Policy

The Platform utilizes cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience. Users can modify browser settings to manage or disable cookies; however, doing so may impact Platform functionality.

Our Platform does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals but may recognize certain opt-out preference settings such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

Children’s Privacy

​

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Information from children under 16. If we become aware of such collection, we will take prompt steps to delete the information.
